Question / Help Using Elgato, Xbox One, Skype and Astro Mixamp

Hey can anyone help me out?

I have an Elgato Capture HD. I'd like to record xbox one gameplay and 'd like the audio to pick up i) xbox game sound, ii) skype sounds so ppl can hear my teammates, and iii) whatever I'm saying.

Does anyone know how to sync these audio sources? I've been going at this for 3 hours and I can't figure it out. My trouble seems to be picking up xbox one audio

I use Voicemeeter Banana to do my mic, Skype, PS4/PS3 and Music all to OBS. Handy piece of kit and the best thing is its free.

http://vb-audio.pagesperso-orange.fr/Voicemeeter/banana.htm There are tutorials you can use to get it all set up but it does take a minute to get your head around exactly what is happening.
