Figured out my own answer! Yay for me!
My webcam's driver was causing havoc. Removed it and set up just the laptop's mic and cam and works PERFECT now!

Hi everyone :)
I just tried streaming tonight for the first time and it was confirmed that everything was working excellent on my stream except for game audio- there was none.
My laptop only has three options for audio through OBS:
-speakers (Conexant High Definition Audio)
~SPDIF Interface (Conexant High Definite Audio)
~default (this is recommended setting per OBS)
These are the only options OBS gives me to chose from. I had tried all of them and restarted my stream each time I applied a change but to no avail.
When I stream through the provided "Game Capture HD" program from the El Gato website, the sound in my stream for the game audio is absolutely perfect I've been told.
The whole problem is that OBS is not picking up the game's audio for some reason. It IS going into the laptop because the other program utilizes it with no problems.
I am using an Acer Aspire 4830T to stream with, not sure if that helps at all.
If anyone could help me out with what to do I would be VERY grateful.
