Question / Help Using a Turtle Beach X11/Static Problem

Is it possible to use an X11 as an audio input for box xbox 360 and pc in order to stream?

In addition, what are some ways to eliminate static in audio?
 
I tried everything with my X12's dude. Just buy a microphone, im telling you. Sorry.
You can try some youtube tutorials on how to get rid of it but its just time consuming and does'nt really help (for me atleast).
 
Static is often what appears to be interference on the motherboard. If possible post a log file so I can see information about your system and such.
