Question / Help URGENT NEED HELP

I'm going to stream RuneScape to Twitch, but i need to know how to set OBS up to NOT show when i change windows, and only record one window, so no one can see when i tab out to the internet or whatever. Can anyone help?

Download Runescape's .exe program instead of using your brower to play it. There is no option to only record from one tab of your browser.
