Question / Help Upload speed randomly crashes and drops to below 1000 kbps and then to 0

I've been trying to stream to twitch (playing Guild Wars 2), and the first time I streamed, it went great. I was able to stream for 5 hours straight with 0 problems. Then, the next day, I tried streaming again and about a half hour in, my upload speed took a nosedive, dropped way into the red, and then rested at 0kbs. I didn't change anything before it did that, so I have no idea why it happened. I messed around with it for about an hour to try and fix it, then gave up.

Since then, I've tried streaming 4 other times and out of that, only one time went like the first time. Only one of those times was I able to stream for about an hour before it crashed, the other times it crashed within the first few seconds. I've tried lowering my bitrate, changing my server, I've reinstalled the client a few times, I even disabled my antivirus entirely to try to figure out the issue. I just cant seem to figure out the problem

I'm fairly certain its an issue with OBS, because every time I hit stop streaming, the program stops responding and then crashes.

Any idea what the issue could be?

i have the log file here, not sure how to actually upload it to this thread, so im sorry about that. still not the best with computers

I've gone through that and done almost all of it. Nothing has seemed to help, that's why I've posted this thread.
Is there any other possible solution?

how low did you test your bit rate? What servers did you try? What was your ShaperProbe result? How did it go when you streamed to a different service?
