Question / Help Upload speed help?

Okay so i started streaming lately at REALLY REALLY low upload speed , my download speed is not bad at 10Mbps but my upload is only 0.8Mbps , i know its shit and needs to be upgraded but i need to work with this only atm , so i was streaming cs go and it was very good at 480P on overwatch , but when i started a match online , the ping was REALLY bad , when i lower the bitrate , the video gets worse , i dont mind low quality so my question is , whats the lowest upload speed i should keep untouched for cs go? like what's the max bitrate i should use on OBS to be able to play / stream at 0.8Mbps upload , please dont reply with * upgrade it * i just need an answer even if u will only be able to stream at 0.0000001 bitrate lol , thanks in advance.

Look at how much upload bandwidth CS:GO and Overwatch use at most. What's left over is the absolute max OBS can use.
