Hello Everybody, I am confusing my self alot in thinking that I can stream at 3500 bitrate with 5 Mbps bitrate, So I am getting 5/6 MEGABITS which turns around to be 750kb/s, so does this mean i cant stream at 3500 or what?
I was able to set my stream to 3500 bitrate and it would not drop frames but the bitrate would fluctuate a little (it would never stay constant at 3500) and if I was streaming minecraft and I turned it would be very pixley but if i stood still it was crystal clear. My PC specs are
i7 3770k 3.6Ghz
GTX 770
SSD
HDD
64bit OBS
I was reading this post https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/very-high-end-computer-6mbps-upload-and-still-bad-stream.12232/ and this guy wonders why he has a bad stream and he has same upload as me and he tries to stream at 3500 bitrate is that why his stream looks so bad?
