Question / Help Upload problems. Stream-preview = great (green), streaming (red)

Hello,

i have a problem, i want to start streaming on twitch my PC is good and my internet connection too.

But when i want to stream it works sometime 1-5 mins and then the upload drops to 100-300kb from 3500kb. I don't know why that it.

I changed bitrates, videosettings, servers but no help..
Anyone have a idea?!

First, remove all those custom x264 settings. copy-pasta is not advised to do ever. Let x264 do the work for you
Second, let your bitrate and buffer match, If you use 2200 bitrate, use 2200 buffer..
try to stream again, and post a log if this is still happening in the log:

RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Stalled for 1637 ms to write 24348
bytes (buffer: 413816 / 438272), unstable connection?

Use CBR and CBR padding when streaming.

You can also run this tool to give you a more precise estimate of what twitch will take from you and what your best ingest is. I recommend running it any time you have issues.

the test will show what twitch will take from you, meaning if its over 3500 then don't use the amount shown. If its under 3500, take that amount and multiply by 0.8

Example. the ingest of my choice says 3300 bitrate can be used. 3300 * 0.8 = 2640. That is the bitrate I should use.

the another failed or same.. Guess at the moment my provider sucks, but the problem is since 1 week. (tried to stream since a week but don'T work because the upload problem)
here my upload and download..(just tested)

so mh don't know the problem.. :/ here my log with the changed settings

since this issue is happenning on all ingests is is definitely an ISP issue. There is not much that can be done besides contacting said ISP

hmm okay, so i need to call my internet provider and ask what's the problem right?!
The down/upload are ok for downloads or anything i upload, but not by streaming.. maybe router ports or something i can do?!

give them the the ingest you are trying to stream to, give them the info. tell them you are streaming on twitch and you aren't even getting 500kbps for the past week. if you feel froggy, also report to twitch on twitter, which is more for their tracking.
