Hello dear forum.
So, I wanted to start streaming WoW, but I don't feel like doing so with lawsy quality.
I hit the best I could, and the flimmering still gets to me, where as 80% usage of my CPU is "fine" it peaks to 90+ and brings buffering into play.
I'm currently using the Intel i7-3930k, 3.20GHz which hits pretty damn high on the benchmark, when you think about I've been using it for some years now.

Is there a special cpu you guys could recommend for me?
My goal is to be streaming somewhat like this:
No downscale.
45ish FPS.
2800bit
preset as faster.
I think that would bring smooth quality into play right?
Thanks.
