(used obs 32 cuz of plugins missing from 64 version and it being so unstable)

This is my new computer spec list:

Kingston ValueR. DDR3 1333MHz 8GB, CL9

So the fudged up thing is that my stream look way better on my old setup, but my game ran like shit for me. (cs go)
Now my game runs super nice for me, if i use quick sync i can get up to 300+ fps but the quality of the stream looks like 240p. Video of it running = http://www.twitch.tv/jellyprince/v/6026198 .

If i use x264 my computer runs in to panic mode and drops frames like a crazy person. Vid : http://www.twitch.tv/jellyprince/v/6027334

I used to stream with x264 and fairly low settings since i wasn't partner back then, how ever now i should be able to run it with higher settings but i can't.

Any tips ? ( iv tried aloooooot of different settings, and i can't seem to find a settings that both runs good and looks good).

VBR is inappropriate for live streaming and will result in a terrible viewing experience for most people. Quick Sync provides worse quality than x264 at the same bitrate. Now that CS:GO isn't being held back by your old underpowered system it's free to run at 300 FPS, which means it's using a ton of extra CPU and GPU resources.

Cap your FPS at something reasonable (like ~120) in the game either using vsync or the fps_max cvar
Stop using VBR
Stop using Quick Sync

If you still have performance issues after making these changes, post an updated log.
