Question / Help Update for Nvidia Laptop Black Screen?

I read through the black screen sticky, but it seems as though Nvidia may have changed its control panel. I cannot find where to select the Nvidia GPU for OBS to use while in the control panel. Has anyone figured out how to do it?

Well, I got it to work with WoW set to windowed mode, but it won't show otherwise. Any thoughts?

I would have to see a log file if that's alright. I'm pretty sure nvidia hasn't changed anything.

I will try to get a log file up using WoW in windowed and fullscreen mode as well as screen grabs from the Nvidia control panel, and OBS with WoW as windowed and fullscreen.
