Question / Help Untitled Profile, Saving or backing up Scenes, please help

I'm an ultimate noob with this stuff. I've created scenes and am terrified to lose them. I want to save them or back them up somehow but I don't know what i'm doing. I wanted to "link" my twitch account as i've seen in tutorials but there is no option for it. And i'm running the latest version of OBS so I don't know why it's not there. Also my "profile" and "scenes" are untitled and I don't know how to title them without losing them. I tried and then created that "My Twitch" thing in the scene collection that didn't change anything. And now I have two Untitled things checked, don't know how or why. I just REALLY don't want to lose my scenes.
Any advice would be so much appreciated...please talk slowly and plainly. I am Noob. Hear me Roar.

OK UPDATE: I figured out how to name my Profile and Scenes. Thanks to the OBS guide. But I still don't know how to save or back up any of the scenes or profiles. Is that even possible?
I was going to try to uninstall and then re-download to see if that would give me the Integrated Twitch option/chat stuff that is new...
