Hi
I stream using OBS generally set on either 2500 or 3500 kbps. My internet upload speed is over 20mbps according to multiple tests, and just spoke with my ISP to confirm that this should be the case from their end as well. I have never had any problems, but yesterday (after obs update, not sure if it could be related) I saw wild fluctuations with my upload speed on the readout in obs. it would swing from green reading 4500+ down to the hundreds showing red. I use a wired connection so wifi shouldnt be an issue. Literally nothing has changed since before the problem started, except the OBS update. I had the same problem today.
