Question / Help Unstable/Inconsistent Connection

Hi ive been streaming for almost a year and a half and i recently started having issues with an unstable connection to my stream. Sometimes it works fine other times it disconnects and reconnects every few minutes. Ive had this issue before and it will randomly just clear up and work perfectly for a few months then right back to the same issue. I dont know if this is a general internet issue or a setting in obs or an issue with my pc, my internet connection is stable for all other intents and purposes with constant speeds of 50down/5up but in my attempts to fix this Ive replaced my ethernet adapter in my computer, used 3 different modems, changed operating systems from 8.1 to 10, used multiple ethernet cables, manually opened the tcp 1935 port in my firewall and allowed obs through, i even tried completely disabling my firewall, lowering the settings in obs to the bare minimum, and pretty much every thing i can find that may fix it to no avail. Ive included screen shots of my obs settings ran the twitch test program and included the results to show the inconsistency as well. and a screenshot of my pc specs and uploaded my last few log files. Any and all advice will be appreciated I really do enjoy streaming and would rather not have to quit because of these issues.

Time warner unfortunately. Thats the highest speed offered in my area. Ive had 2 different techs come out and they both said the levels are fine and they replaced what they could but said theres not much more they could do.

Well the twitchtest results say your connection isn't suitable for streaming, so you're going to have to keep pestering them.

Could there be a setting in the router or anything that could be causing this? Or would be something specifically coming through from twc?

Given that it was recently that the connection started misbehaving, it's a recent change that caused it. If a setting in the router was recently changed (or the router itself was recently changed) then MAYBE. Otherwise, it's a "Pester TWC until they fix it" thing.

ok ill try that again. im currently on the phone with twc. with the settings i have i should easily be able to stream a game like csgo or league of legends right?

just an update twc is sending out a tech tomorrow to check the lines is there anything else i could check in the meantime? any issues with the computer itself or any thing else that could be causing this?

It may not be a "last mile" problem. It may be routing going out from TWC's network to twitch's network.

So the tech came out and replaced the line outside and said that with the speeds im getting i should have no issue with my speeds, and the speedtest came up great as usual i just cant seem to figure out why i can pull a constant stream through obs.

yep. after the tech finished with the line i asked if there was some kind of cap for the amount of data that i can upload and apparently there is a monthly allotted amount be fore the begin to throttle your connection. i dont know the number for sure but it would explain why it works for certain periods and then is unusable for other periods. im going to borrow my friends pc that he streams from to make absolutely sure that it isnt my pc itself. Guess all i can do is reduce the amount I stream if thats whats happening. Probably wouldnt hurt me to take that time to work on my youtube channel haha
