Unstable bitrate. It drops greatly even with 20mbp/s upload.

Hello everyone. I have a huge problem for 2 weeks with OBS. Here is my connection speed results AND 7000 bitrate drops to 1600.
How can i solve this issue? There was no problem 2 weeks ago.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

If you're able to filter out all the "[obs-browser: ..." entries, the log will probably shrink to a manageable size. Don't filter anything else.
 
No i mean there are too many messages in the file but, here we go.
YouTube telling me that "YouTube is not receiving enough video to maintain smooth streaming. As such, viewers will experience buffering"
Upload: 20 mbp/s
Bitrate: 6000

This log shows a bad internet connection. It's not able to sustain the 7000 bitrate you originally set. The connection to the speedtest server seems ok, but the connection to Youtube seems not. That's something within your provider and Youtube. Try a different ingest server.

Bad? I was talked with them and they say there is no issue detected in our screens. And speedtest results are great. Is there "any" way to test it by myself if you say it is not about the OBS?
 
Network issues are really difficult to analyze, because it reaches from your PC at home to the streaming service a thousand miles away. OBS is just using the network. It tries, but is unable to use it to the expected bandwidth.

If you want a structured approach, test a different computer in the same LAN and see if it happens on that as well. If it doesn't happen on it, it's your original computer. If it does, it's not the computer. Then check the next component, your router and internet connection. If it is not this, it's outside your network and out of your reach. If it comes to what is within your reach, check the linked connection troubleshooting guide again and see what it says about firewalls, vpn software and network driver addons.

I will never use Wi-Fi.

Here is the quick update. Currently i am using Streamlabs OBS instead of OBS Studio for the testing purpose.
No more i am getting message like this
"YouTube is not receiving enough video to maintain smooth streaming. As such, viewers will experience buffering."

BUT IT STARTS KEEP SAYING THIS NOW AND AGAIN

"The stream's current bitrate (7526.79 Kbps) is higher than the recommended bitrate. We recommend that you use a stream bitrate of 2500 Kbps."

What is going on here?

I'm already on a wired Ethernet connection—never used Wi-Fi. Now testing with Streamlabs OBS, I no longer get the "not receiving enough video" warning, but YouTube keeps saying my bitrate (7526.79 Kbps) is too high and recommends 2500 Kbps instead. Not sure why that is?
 
The unstable bitrate despite a 20 Mbps upload suggests potential network congestion, hardware limitations, or software inefficiencies. Check for background processes, driver updates, or ISP throttling to resolve the issue.
