So after setting up my layout for twitch, I started to test it out. I was experiencing lag on my keyboard. It's weird because if I'm typing something and the keyboard becomes unresponsive, the keyboard will continue to hold out the last key I pressed, so It would look something like thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis. I have a graphics tablet that is connected to my K70 Corsair Gaming Keyboard and it too becomes unresponsive for a good 3-5 seconds. I know this is OBS because it only happens when OBS is running. And OBS isn't even taking much CPU space. It occurs both in livestreaming and previewing a live stream. So what could be the issue?

Does changing your preset back to the default of veryfast or removing your webcam source from the scene make any difference?
Have you modified the process priority option under Settings > Advanced?
Also (unrelated) put your scene buffering time back to the default of 700ms under Settings > Advanced as well.
