Question / Help Unknown Hook conflict causing choppiness in csgo?

Hi, my problem is that when I stream csgo, the game has some serious choppiness and is unplayable.

I do not know why there is a hook conflict. I tried ending all the processes that I could think of. Here is a screenshot of my task manager. http://imgur.com/gS5meja

I believe that this is causing the choppiness, but I am really unsure.

uncheck "enable view" from the preview window in OBS. Also be sure not to watch your stream on your stream/game PC
