Question / Help Unable to stream since 655b update - Consistant dropped frames

Ever since this last update, I cannot stream. The stream starts up fine and after about 2 seconds my "dropped frames meter", for lack of a better term, goes down to under 1k and down to 0 and never actually stays green. I'm constantly in the Red and it's impossible to keep the stream up without dropping frames consistantly..

Anyone else here having this issue?
 
dropped frames isn't to do with the version of OBS.
It's to do with your internet connection and your route to the streaming service's ingest server being unable to handle the bandwidth you're trying to use.

Post an obs log please.
