Question / Help Unable to Stream since 4/18/2015

Over the last year I have been streaming at 2800-3200kb/s no problem. My Download/Upload is 50/10Mbps. I have had issues in the past with my SP but we always got them figured out. Out of nowhere on 4/18 I started stream up and OBS would not output over 990kb/s so naturally I blamed my SP again and did the normal Customer Service Calls and Chats.

Well today I spend 3hrs going through chat and calls once again and everything on their end is clean. My hardware is clean as well. Used new cables and direct into modem to rule out router.

This is currently what I am seeing. I took a screenshot of everything. Can anyone help? Like it kills me not being able to stream.

I read this thread and did all that before posting and still issue :(. I even checked twitch sever status and everything is fine. So i really don't know whats up

What servers did you try? What were your results with the TwitchTest tool? What other streaming services did you try, and what was the result?

Have done everything. Is there anyway to do a network trace to pinpoint the problem? I have used every step in the thread and see no reason that I should be dropping frames.

Live in San Francisco, so my normal server is San Francisco but I also tried Los Angeles. I ran the twitch test tool and my bitrates were ok but my quality said 0 for all of them. I have yet to test other streaming services.

According to TwitchTest, you can't stream at more than 2000kbps to your selected server, but your log shows you trying to stream at 2800kbps. Try lowering your bit rate to 1700kbps. and see how that goes.
