Unable to migrate user configuration

We are encountering an issue related to the application shortcut launch behavior when the global.ini file is overwritten in the following directory:
%AppData%\Roaming\OBS Studio.

Issue Summary:​

• When the application shortcut is launched for the first time, the global.ini file is automatically created, and the application opens successfully.
• However, if the existing global.ini file is overwritten (e.g., during a configuration deployment or via Active Setup), the application fails to launch properly.
• In some cases, the application enters Safe Mode, and in others, an error message appears (please see the attached screenshot for reference).
  
  Any technical guidance, workarounds, or internal handling details you can share about the global.ini file and OBS's launch behavior would be highly valuable to us. We look forward to your insights and recommendations.
