Question / Help unable to install window 10

hi, I'm trying to install on win10, MS Surface pro

it first says I need to install DirectX component, then when I try to install it gives me an unspecified error.

When I look at the logs, it says I already have a later version.

Thanks, I was able to install.

Now I'm trying to acquire an rtsp source, so I'm trying to install the Video Source plugin. I downloaded and extracted the plugin to the plugins directory, but I'm not seeing that plugin when I click on the "Plugins" button, and also trying to add the source I don't see the option when trying to do an Add in the Global Sources.
