Question / Help Unable to enable quicksync

Hey guys, I have an i5-2500k, which I believe does have quick sync, and I have enabled it and installed the latest drivers, I have even enabled the fake 3rd monitor, but I cannot get OBS to allow me to enable quick sync, the option just remains greyed out for me.
Any help??
