Question / Help Unable to Enable Quicksync on Windows 10 w/i5-2500k

I've spent the last two hours googling and trying to get Quicksync to work to no avail. From what I can tell, there is no Windows 10 driver for the HD 3000 chipset. A couple of posts directed me to the site leshcatlabs.net where custom drivers are available, I tried installing one, and while the driver seems to work perfectly fine (Second monitor hooked up to motherboard is working), Quicksync isn't working with that driver either. The necessary options in the BIOS are enabled on my Asrock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3. My primary display is hooked up to my GTX 970 via DisplayPort. I also have Handbrake installed, which also says that no quicksync hardware is detected, so it's not just some fluke with OBS.

For some reason my log isn't uploading, so here is the latest one:

Edit: Oops it did upload, I guess I'll just leave this here though so people don't have to download it.

Edit 2: Got it to work, using an older driver (14.4) from the leshcatlabs site worked.
