Question / Help Unable to detect game

For about a month i was, without ANY issues, streaming Diablo 2: LOD. While this may be an old game, there were no issues with OBS detecting the game. Today, i get on to mess with some of my sources and realize that the aspect ratio of the game seemed to be a little weird. I reset OBS and my computer thinking that it would reset whatever settings might have been off, and obviously, since i'm here, it didn't work. I removed the game capture from my sources with the intention of adding it back, thinking that might reset the settings and put everything back to normal. Again, obviously, that did not work. Running it in window mode works 100% perfect. Everything is back to normal, but out of general curiosity and concerns for future incidents. Anyone know what might have happened?

Correction. Now it's broke. I have made no changes to really ANY of my settings via windows or OBS that would be of any importance. All of my 'Scenes' are red. Most of the sources i have applied to my scenes are still visible, but everything is red.

UPDATE: Fallout 3, LoL, Star Wars battlefront, and Terra will work. Diablo II: LOD, H1Z1, CS:GO, Path of Exile, and Heroes of the Storm are getting the red screen. All of these games, except for Diablo, are in game capture. Diablo is in Window Capture. My thoughts originally were that 'Game capture' was broke af. IDK now.

FIX: I'm honestly embarassed, and considered deleting this post, but im hoping someone can learn from my mistake. My overlay and some other files used for my stream were in folder 'X', i cleaned up a lot of the folders and moved a lot of the files. Since i moved my overlay, the pathing for OBS to access it was changed, and because of that, instead of loading the file, it uploaded a red screen. Corrected the pathing for the file, fixed the problem. smh
