Question / Help Two streams in the same household?

Thinking of doing a race with the girlfriend sometime. We have a roommate also, so that's three computers on the same router. Would it be possible to run two streams without completely slowing down the internet for the roommate ? I normally stream at 2000 bitrate with an upload of 4000-5000 (had different results the other day )

Normal internet usage doesn't use much upload, so you should be fine to do sometihng like two 1500-1800 bitrate streams and your roommate probably wouldn't even notice.
