Question / Help Twitch viewers call lagg

Hello my name is nightcodex, Ive been encountering a big problem when using obs,
Ive been streaming for a while now With problems that viewers say my twitch stream laggs, i tried every possible way but i see so many options and so many different settings i get extremely confused, Is anyone willing to help me?
i tried redownloading obs so hopefully it resets all the settings i have putten down but that did not happen, i literally have random Settings i will post as much information as i can If you could help me Ive been stuck for months even after reading all these forums etc.

If anyone is willing to help i would be so happy to finally stream without lagg, like when i want to stream league of legends it just laggs stutters and freezes at random points, id wish this not to happen i also got teamviewer if anyone is willing to help me further just contact me,

If you are not dropping frames (dropped frames 0 in the status bar), the problem is on Twitch's end, not yours.

But i notice when i search streams i see people have ''source'' as quality other streamers have lw medium high etc. Whats the difference and how could i get that?

You either need to be a partner, or have enough viewers for the transcodes to kick in. The latter depends on the overall load they have at the time of you streaming. Meaning you could get transcodes at 20 viewers or 50 viewers or more or less.
