Question / Help Twitch.tv on 0-1 FPS while hitbox.tv is perfectly fine

Hey, I tested streaming on twitch for a couple of days but as soon as I'm ingame I always have 0 - 1 fps. That's a twitch problem. Hitbox.tv is perfectly working. Anyone experiencing same issues / knows how to fix it? My fps ingame is totally fine. The only problem is that my stream is unwatchable.
Also, it's definetely not my specs / internet:

I also tried different Servers from twitch (Frankfurt, London and Amsterdam)
I drop 0 frames with obs on hitbox.tv. only on twitch.
I could stream some months ago, too, without any problems. When i decided to stream again, this happened.

How about posting a log file first so we know if it's actually a dropped frames issue or not. Also do you mean the in-game performance is poor, or that the stream looks like it's running at 1 FPS?

Most of those things, yes. Doing the throttling thing now. But besides that everything is fine on hitbox which makes me really curious to what the problem is on twitch.

Checking for traffic shapers:

Upstream: No shaper detected.
Median received rate: 8810 Kbps.

Downstream: No shaper detected.
Median received rate: 16650 Kbps.

The stream looks like it's running on 1 fps. My ingame performance is not affected at all. Also, OBS doesnt show the dropped frames at first but after ~5 minutes it's showing it.
Sorry for ignoring the important topics, by the way. My fault.
According to JTVPing every server in EU is fine for me (green area).

Do your Twitch VODs exhibit the same type of problem? Do other viewers experience it as well while watching your stream? Assuming you aren't just dropping a bunch of frames this sounds more like a problem with playback and not your stream.

I just checked them for the first time and it looks like my stream sometimes drop fully. There are like 30 VODs for the last 3 days, some of them only 10 seconds long, some of them 4 minutes. This is an example: http://www.twitch.tv/beldd78/b/547851945
Sound is perfectly fine but video has the same problem like onstream. Other viewers experience it aswell.

Then that's a dropped frames/disconnecting issue. Continue with the troubleshooting steps Shooter90 linked above.

I'm currently streaming a live game with my ports opened. It seems that this was the problem. If the problem comes back, I'll report in but so far it's working fine for the first time. Thank you !

Then obviously it's an issue with your connection to Twitch. You should probably ask Twitch about it, since it's clearly not an issue with OBS.

The issue in that log isn't dropped frames, it's that your GPU is taking an extraordinarily long time to collect sources to render. This is common on GPUs with slow VRAM, though 200ms per frame seems excessive. Are you overclocking your GPU at all? Overheating? Anything odd you're doing at the time?

I'm not really experienced in hardware and all that stuff so I guess it's a no on overclocking. I'm using Sandboxie, might that be a reason?

Seems like window capture is the problem. With game capturing I experience no problems at all. But game capturing sadly isn't working on gameclients who run on sandboxie (or is there a way?)

OBS is a program that needs to involve itself in other programs to capture them. If you have a program that is actively preventing that, then it is almost certainly causing a problem.
