Run a nslookup on each name to get their respective IP. Do keep in mind that most of the names is round robin:ed. For instance;
live.twitch.tv (the San Francisco main server) resolves to all these IPs:
199.9.249.134
199.9.249.203
199.9.251.253
199.9.251.235
199.9.249.133
199.9.249.120
199.9.249.197
199.9.251.177
199.9.249.199
199.9.255.75
199.9.249.118
