So, I followed the OBS Twitch guide to figure out how to optimize my OBS settings and no matter what my stream will lag out. My upload speed is 1300 Kbps (Don't know if there is a way to improve that). The main issues the "analysis" told me is that I am connected to a bad server. (They told me to choose the server closest to my location so I picked US, TX) and Hook Conflict detected. I really have no idea what that is. If you need more information, let me know. And thanks!
