Hello, this is my first time posting here. I hope this is in the right section.
I'm trying to stream a game on Twitch for the first time (Oxenfree, running through Steam) with a webcam overlay and I'm having a lot of lag and choppy playback. It's choppy even if I'm just trying to stream a simple program without any overlay. I've tried a bunch of different solutions and nothing has helped at all. I'm trying to run at 720p, 30fps. I have a 4.08 mps upload speed and I've tried using a different server and set nVidia's control panel to run OBS with high performance.
