Question / Help Twitch Stream Stuttering

Hey, so I just started stream Mass Effect 2 so me and my cousin could play it together (he is the only one that watches) and recently the stream has been lagging and freezing every few seconds but I am not dropping frames.

OBS says i have 4GB RAM but I actually have 16GB and also its says my CPU is @ 3.4GHz but its actually @4.5GHz

If any other information is needed please ask for it and thanks for the help.

Yeah i saw that, my problem has been fixed,my cousin was using his really bad laptop to watch and it was apparently lagging because of his end but it seems fine after i changed a few setting and started streaming at 60 fps, I wouldve deleted this thread but i dont seem to know how :\

Good that it is solved. And there is no need to close it. someone else might use this info to fix their issues.
