Question / Help [Twitch] Stream online, but only a "play icon" shows

Hello,
somehow only the very first frame shows with a play icon in the middle. In the preview window everything seems fine, but it doesn't seem there is much of an upload happening.

I have absolutely no clue what the problem is. Everything worked properly a few months ago.

Bump .. is there anything else that you guys might need to help me? I don't think it has anything to do with Windows 10 and googling I couldn't find anything that even remotely fits my problem.

Maybe it has something to do with my isp only providing DualStack? It basically means that I share a IPv4-Adress with many other ppl. It also means that I'm not able to set port forwarding or anything like that.

Does OBS even support IPv6? I found a thread from january where a mod said that they are going to implement it eventually, but that's all ..

Going to upload another logfile later on. I have the Feeling that this one isn't going to help.

Yes I did, otherwise the log would've shown an error, but the handshake is happening.

Uploaded a screenshot from the stream .. the play icon in the middle never disappears and its "not-clickable" either. I also uploaded another log in the main post.

The only thing the log analyzer says is that it took 948 ms to connect, but JTVPing says the server is fine.. it's the one in frankfurt, germany.

Am I seriously the only one that ever had a problem like this? -.-

I don't really know where the problem is to be honest. I got it to work just now, but it's really laggy. No Frame loss though and the upload rate is a little bit above 2000kb/s. JTVPing says the server has average a 25 ms. Really confused ... the only thing I can imagine right now is that it has something to do with my crappy DualStack ... but that doesn't make much sense either.

My upload is 5.93 Mbps btw and I have a gaming rig ... again, no clue why I have these weird issues.
