Question / Help Twitch Stream lags :'(

RAM: 2x4 GB Crucial Ballistix Sports
HDD: 1TB WD 7200 rpm
PSU: 530W be quiet! Pure Power L8
MOBO: ASRock B85M Pro 3 Rev.2

Internet Speed: 50 mbs Download 2,5 mbs Upload

My stream settings in obs:
res: 1280x720
fps: 30
Quality: 10
Max bitrate: 2000
Puffer: 2000
CBR enabled
Audio standard 128 kbs
cpu preset: veryfast
and the other settings are the standards.

My problem is that my ping goes high ingame so i cant really have fun streaming.
Do I have a too slow upload speed or wrong settings??
While playing i get no FPS drops or something like that.

Your upload speed is WAY too slow. That's why your ping is going up, the upload is getting completely saturated. You have to drastically decrease the bitrate.
Honestly, with so slow upload I think it's pointless to stream.

Can you suggest me some settings that will work with my speed?
Its ok for me to stream in 480p if i dont get lags.
And what about the cpu preset? Do you think i can make it slower with my cpu?

As stated above, your upload speed is way too slow for any kind of good quality stream. The first thing you should consider is paying for faster internet. Other than that, you should lower your resolution to 854x480, and lower your bitrate to 1500. You should be ok with that.
