Question / Help Twitch Stream is Gray and Distorted

Ok, so for a while my OBS stream would be very pixelated and laggy whenever there was a lot happening on-screen. So after googling around and tinkering with my settings, I finally fixed both the pixelation and lag. However, while my OBS preview stream looked great, when I streamed it onto Twitch, I noticed the actual stream was far from okay. Although I could faintly see the outline of what I was playing, the stream was completely gray and otherwise distorted ( http://puu.sh/imS7D/a50c26a6e3.png compared to what OBS showed http://puu.sh/imS94/8fa6afb192.jpg ).

Here are my (relevant) OBS settings:

-Video: http://puu.sh/imSra/b269518843.png
-Advanced: http://puu.sh/imSs1/c01c7c7a7e.png

I'm not sure what I changed to cause this, or if it is even a problem with my OBS settings, but I'm really hoping someone with experience with OBS/streaming can identify and solve this problem for me. Thanks!

64kbit video stream is NEVER going to look good, and is going to look beyond abysmal at 1080p.

Also, your audio bitrate is at 320, which is excessive.

For the record, 1080p needs a minimum video bitrate of about 3000kbit, over 46 times larger than what you currently have set.

Thanks! But the higher I set my bitrate, the laggier the stream gets. The color and distortion does fix, but it's still not viewable because of the visual lag (the audio is still normal, though). Any idea as to how to fix that?

Downscale your video, decrease your bitrate and get a better internet connection.

Those are your options.
