Twitch Stream is black, but obs scene is normal

Hello i made my obs setup and my scenes and are ready for the stream.
When i started the stream the scenes are not send to twitch. I have no sound and a black screen, but in obs looks everything looks normal.

For further explanation, if i only record it, everything is normal, but when i try to stream i just get a blackscreen on twitch

Logs are per launch of obs, not per streaming/recording session. That log does not have a streaming session in it.

i started the stream in this log a few minutes ago, when i opened obs, so there should be a stream in there

The bitrate number you specified far exceeds twitch's bitrate limits. Drop the bitrate to 6000
