Twitch Stream disconnects at 2hrs 4 minutes

I have tried binding my IP, I found out I don't have an IPv6 address. I've messed with almost every output setting I can think of. I've read through the threads of other people having this same issue. I've had this issue since 12/24/24, and I just don't know what's causing my disconnect from the Twitch servers. I know that any streams I've sent to YouTube are just as stable, but don't disconnect. This even holds true when I have tried multi-streaming to both platforms, Twitch still cuts out at 2:04:00, but the other stream keeps going. I want to figure out how to fix this, any help is greatly appreciated.

Here's an older log for comparison to the most recent one, I'll be trying again in the morning with the "Custom" stream setting, my IP bound, and the multi-RTMP plugin removed. https://obsproject.com/tools/analyzer?log_url=https://obsproject.com/logs/zQ3I72H7iWTeIBBO

After reinstalling OBS, I have reduced the number of memory leaks to 1, the issue still persists. To give more details about what I am seeing, the instant that the stream hits 2:04:00, OBS drops to 0kbps, and I get the "Failed to Connect" error message, If I wait roughly two minutes I can continue the stream with no changes to the ingest server address or the stream key. I'll keep trying different things, I'm just not sure why it's consistently that timestamp. I want to say it's a Twitch specific issue, but they say it's an OBS issue and won't help me.

Memory leaks use to be related to plugins/scripts or some other addons. Some of this don't delete all the files they create and keep interacting with OBS causing issues and you need to manually remove them.

The network errors you have are commonly associated to issues on the ISP network.
15:10:20.037: WriteN, RTMP send error 10060 (4097 bytes)
15:10:20.037: WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (80 bytes)
15:10:20.037: WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (42 bytes)
It may be a problem caused by a third party app too, like a network enhancer (or whatever name they use). Simple undo the change, uninstall the app and restart OBS.

Try using https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest to test your internet connection against Twitch servers.
Anything below 90% quality is bad and most probably an issue on the ISP network. The closest server to you should always be 100% quality.

In case you confirm there's an issue on the ISP just let them know you have problems with the RTMP protocol used for streaming to Twitch and almost all the streaming platforms.
