Question / Help Twitch shows feed as offline even though OBS is streaming.

I have been streaming for a few days now, and everything was going well up until this morning. I had just updated to the newest version (0.592b) and tried to stream again, and while my followers receive the notification that I am streaming, my page shows my feed as "offline". I'm going to include a screenshot and a log to see if anyone can help me with this problem.

my bitrate is 2500kb/s and I'm trying to stream 720p @ 30fps using an amd phenom 2 965 and a gtx 460.

EDIT: using XSplit works, but I want to use OBS.

This is more likely an issue with Twitch. Your OBS log is fine.

No, I mean it's an issue with Twitch detecting your stream live and serving it to people. Twitch is fine with people using OBS, and everyone else using 0.592 can stream to Twitch just fine. I would contact them about it, because your OBS settings are fine and in accordance with Twitch's requirements.

No, I mean it's an issue with Twitch detecting your stream live and serving it to people. Twitch is fine with people using OBS, and everyone else using 0.592 can stream to Twitch just fine. I would contact them about it, because your OBS settings are fine and in accordance with Twitch's requirements.

I see. Thanks for your help. I changed around some setting admittedly after reading twitch's obs page, can you verify that they are still correct?

Do you have your preview open when you stream? If yes, it will show you online and having one viewer. If you hid the preview, or close it, you will have 0 viewers and be offline.

Found out the hard way.

You should probably keep CFR enabled to make keyframe interval detection more reliable/consistent.

Do you have your preview open when you stream? If yes, it will show you online and having one viewer. If you hid the preview, or close it, you will have 0 viewers and be offline.

Not exactly sure what you mean, can you clarify which preview you are talking about please?

I have Disable Encoding while previewing unchecked in OBS, and I usually have my own stream open in a popout video for quality control, as well as the chat. Are you suggesting that I leave my dashboard open so that 'preview' remains visible? Or the OBS preview window.
