Question / Help Twitch live stream is lagging and I don't know why...

You're doing to have to explain how it's "lagging"

Because "lagging" probably isn't the right term for what's happening.
 
My game runs smooth like butter when I'm playing without streaming but when I start livestreaming it gets kinda choppy(plus my friend was watching the stream as well and he said the same) plus my ping goes up.
