Question / Help twitch keeps freezing and the circle bubbles come up

I have a great system so thats not the problem i7 4470k etc i finally found the 64 bit and still freezes and loads my internet runs at 80/40 so thats not the problem i have tried ie and chrome still freezes loading bubbles or what ever any help ??

However, I'm probably guessing you're either having frame drops, or you chose a server that wasn't ideal.

What game are you trying to capture? Are you running OBS as administrator?

Do you have any overlay programs running? Are you using the anti-cheat compatibility mode in game capture?

I am not using the anti cheat

You aren't dropping any frames, so the problem is with the connection between Twitch and your viewers. Try using a different streaming service.
