Question / Help twitch freezing

www.twitch.com on the dashboard on the place where it says live,the problem is twitch not starting at first for alot of time saying offline,then when it says lives it has playing 30 or so seconds in the past,then it completely 100% freezes (how do i fix it..................????)

it looks like a problem with twitch,not a problem with open broadcast software,so what do i do on twitch to fix it.............??? (and i got the right live stream key,seeing as how it plays at all)

*if you want to reply,i need something to do on www.twitch.com's dashboard and then where you go when you click live to fix this

I'd say the problem is that your computer isn't good enough to do live video encoding.
