Hi,
I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction regarding best potential output settings to create a decent output but not put much load on the system. I have played around with a few different settings but unfortunately time isn't on my side to let me play around a lot.

Scope:
Record interaction and steps of an employee in a normal working scenario so that this can be then showed to new employees as part of training.

Screen 1 - Application 1
Screen 2 - Application 2
Audio - Headset

Computer Specifications (this may vary slightly depending on who is creating the video).
HP EliteDesk 800 G4
i7-8700 2.4GHz
8GB RAM

Need to ensure that the recording \ processing doesn't slow\lag the computer too much.
Video needs to clear but doesn't need to be 4K EXTREME! :P

Thanks in advance for any assistance or guidance!

Do Tools->Auto Configuration Wizard, tell the wizard to optimize for recording, with 30 fps, and there you go.

Hi Koala thanks, I did a test using this and also had a play with x264 using CRF (40) and Mono 64KBps Audio and both look good enough. Have decided on the x264 over the Auto Config Wizard as the file size was less.
Thanks again :)
