Question / Help Trying to sync all audio

So I know how to sync my elgato to my mic and skype call and that is no problem. But what is a problem is if I want to switch the game I'm streaming to a pc game then my skype,mic and pc audio is all un-sync'd from the pc game I am playing. Is there any combination of settings or programs I could use together to not have to stop my stream and change my settings each time I want to switch between streaming PC or console games.

Sometimes, increasing scene buffering helps mitigate the differences
