I am new to this and need some help
I have a Canon Legria HF G25 camera attached via HDMI to an Avermedia LGP Lite GL310 capture card.
When i try to stream all I get is a red screen and no picture from the camera. IF I use the camera software that came with it I can see the video form the camera OK. If I try to change the settings for the device I cannot change resolution and when I try to save it is states invalid resolution.
Can anyone suggest anything I can try to get it working as we wish to stream a meeting to YouTube as it happens in real time using this setup
