Question / Help Trying to stream on laptop, black screen thread didn't help

No matter what I do I can't get OBS to capture magic online or my monitor, I followed that guide but it didn't fix the issue. What do I need to do to stream?

Monitor capture requires OBS to be set to run on the intel graphics card on switchable graphics laptops.
Game capture requires OBS to be set to run on the nvidia.

So I have 2 options, High-Performance NVIDIA processor and Integrated graphics. It won't work on either.
