Question / Help Trying to stream LoL with OBS and my dads Internet .... help!

i am trying to livestream League of Legends with OBS and i am getting 120-180 ping when i stream and when i am playing of stream i have 70 ping ( that is perfect )

here is my speed test ( ping 79, download speed 1087.6 kb/s, upload 120.3 good enough ? when i try stream with OBS and the orginal setting after i downloaded it, i get 120-180 ping when i stream ...

what setting should i use EXACTLY for the ( ping 79, download speed 1087.6 kb/s, upload 120.3 ) u have ?? plzz plzz help me out !

120kb upload? Then I am afraid you wont be able to stream video material. Even streaming an audio stream would be a problem.
