Question / Help Trying to record minecraft with OBS, getting extreme lag all of a sudden

I need some help, for the past few months I have been recording gameplay with OBS at 720p60fps for my youtube channel, and it has never had a single problem, ran smoothly, no lag, good quality, etc. and it still runs perfectly when recording most games, but for some reason it has suddenly started to not work with minecraft, I will be fine for 2-5 minutes, at the usual fps, then all of a sudden I will be around 10-20, and even when I stop recording and close OBS, minecraft will stay at these frames until I have closed the game and open it up again, I have no idea why this has started, or how to fix it, I'm hoping someone has experienced a similar issue and will be able to help me :/
 
Assuming that's celcius, then that's a really bad temp, that's not good for the laptop. Your cpu will downclock a whole lot and thereby reducing the performance a whole lot.
