Question / Help Trying to figure out stream..

Basically I am new to this and trying to set it up for LoL (League Of legends)
My audios seeming to loop, in the sense that what I hear in my headset is playing through my stream, so like this:
Someone says hi through skype = plays into stream = hear it in my headset again = plays it again through stream = hear it again, continuous cycle. If this is because I have the stream open, how can I keep the stream open and not have this issue? So I can talk in the stream chat etc. Also, how can I set up the stream to display webcam and the game? It seems all I can get in the picture is the client, and when champion select finishes and the game starts to load, it stays on the champion select in the stream, (no it's not just the delay, it stays there forever.)

If you have your stream open while streaming, and it's not muted, then you will hear your stream while you are streaming. Since OBS is set to record all sound played back through your computer, it will record your stream being played back while you watch it...which means it will loop over and over. To fix it, just mute your stream.

To add a webcam to your scene, just right-click the Scenes box and Add a Video Capture device, and select your webcam.

It also sounds like you don't have LoL set up to capture properly. The best way to stream LoL is to set up 2 scenes. In the first scene, have a Window Capture of the LoL client, and in the second scene, have a Game Capture of the actual LoL game. Then use the Simple Scene Switcher to automatically swap between them: https://obsproject.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1785

Thank you for all the information I will be sure to try all of this and make sure it works, just one question.. How can I know for sure it's not looping and stuff? Do I need to ask a friend to check it and tell me? Since I have to mute my stream?

Also, is there a better program too use then? Or is OBS good? I guess you don't really want to hear your stream anyways since it's on delay.

Also - I found out the only way to get rid of the echo is to mute my mic.. Even if I personally am not watching the stream it echos.. only when I mute my mic does it not.. Could this be because the mic is picking up what comes out of the headphones? If so, how to fix this? Or get a different headset?

Edit: Nvm I fixed it.. had to turn off the microphone setting. However, the stream seems kinda laggy.. my computer is pretty beastly for a laptop so I don't see why it should lag O_o
