Question / Help Try to stream but FPS dropped from 60 to 28-30

Hello, I am trying to stream but I am having an issue where I can't tell if its my internet, my stream itself, or my computer but in game without OBS I have 60 constant FPS but as soon as I turn it on I get 28-30. If theres anything that you guys need me to post just let me know! Thank you

If possible please post a log file of where this problem occurred so we can see if your stream is possible affecting your game (see this link for how to post a log)

23:06:53: Total frames rendered: 629, number of late frames: 387 (61.53%) (it's okay for some frames to be late)

try using enabling aero and use window capture or just use game capture at all ... and maybe even drop fps from 60 to 30
since your cpu cant really handle the load

Yea, as alpinlol said, there are a lot of duplicated/late frames, and you're using monitor capture. Seems most of your issues were fixed when you switched back to "veryfast", but you were still using monitor capture, which is generally not recommended on windows 7. Game capture is the best on windows 7, followed by window capture.
