Question / Help Trouble with Delay

So I'm getting very strange lag with my stream almost daily. It has no pattern as far as time of occurrence.

What happens is my Kb/s goes red, even though the rate remains constant. My stream experience no dropped frames, but a building delay occurs. Restarting the stream resets the delay, but it begins to build again. I have no idea why it happens. Here are some SS's of my settings/internet for more information:

I live in Louisiana and have been using the Dallas server. However I have tried Virginia/Miami for short streams when this issue (and others) have occurred, and there was never any change.

Your USB controller isn't liking the way you're treating it, and if you aren't running your camera fullscreen at all, you can turn its resolution down to below 1280x720 to save on that front.

Otherwise, it looks like it's simply ISP interference.

I rarely use my camera full screen. Will I be unable to scale it to fullscreen if I make that change? And also, a recommended resolution?

As far as ISP interference, is there anything I can do? I don't know if my area has decent alternatives.

You are currently using the webcam at over 2x the total screen area you stream at (1920x1080 camera on a 1280x720 stream, 2,073,600 pixels per frame vs 921,600) Fitting all that into the 480mbit of usb 2.0 takes a bit of work, and decoding it on the output side isn't cheap either.

You can turn the resolution down to one of the resolutions lower than 1280x720 as long as you don't intend to run the camera fullscreen.

Not much you can do except complain for the ISP thing.
