Question / Help Trouble Streaming CS:GO

Hey guys if someone could help that be great...
I'm trying to get into streaming and when i stream CS:GO in fullscreen windowed its super laggy around 20 fps...
When I try to put it in fullscreen it wont display on OBS? Anyone have a resolution?

Are you using monitot or window capture? Try game capture

Monitor cause when I open CS:Go in game or window all I get is a small black box in the top left of my screen and I hear game volume

Monitor capture doesn't work when you have fullscreen game, for monitor capture to work, you need to set your game from fullscreen to windowed or windowed borderless.

no you need to change your game to windowed mode.
